Allow editing Business Partner data but restrict creation and deletion in SAP S4 Hana Cloud

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a role that allows editing of business partner data while blocking creation and deletion? I explored the restrictions but I can't figure out how to set it up.

Hi Sobbaia,

In S/4HANA Cloud Authorization is controlled at Write , Read and Value Help Level

When Write access is granted it means create / change and delete

Unfortunately it's currently not possible to allow Change but not Create or Delete
