Advertisement buget

Hi Experts,

My client spends huge amount of money on Advertisement like web, internet and brand ambassadors ( it is a process of 6 to 8 months). he wants to control his budget through Project systems with using WBS element . could you any guide me how to proceed.

Hi,

First you can create internal orders for web,internet etc (Advertisements) and maintain the tolerance group 02 in Order availability tolerance limit and mainatin the budget on internal order level through KO22.After that create new project and check.

Hi,

i have created internal orders for advertising budget ((for short term advrtisement) and budget control is also taken place. we have some long term plans to implement advertisment in phases wise.. so asked to create WBS elements and need to control the budget
