Hello,
Our client is charging their customer in Quatar.
Service is delivered in India (Example advertisement is done in India for Quatar Customer),Since service is provided in India, client wants to do domestic sales ,we suggested to create Customer in India but client says customer doesn't have business service in India ,they won't create them as customer in India,do we have an option for this ??
Thanks,
Pradeep M
Dear Pradeep,
If the client prefers not to create the customer in India, an alternative option is to consider third-party sales. In this scenario, the client can engage a service provider located in India to carry out the service on behalf of the Qatar customer.
The third-party service provider would directly invoice the client, who could then issue an invoice to the Qatar customer accordingly. By adopting this approach, the transaction can be treated as a domestic sale.
