Dear sirs,
I am very new to the B1 and I would really appreciateyour advise on a (probably) very easy task. I am installing 2007 B1 and there is some "wizard" to "help" me, but it only calls all the installation programs. When I run this wizard, it asks me to install MS SQL 2005 separately (and next point to this installation) or to point on the setup.exe for the installer. This is a little weird but I can understand this:))
My problem is that if I install the MS SQL, in the installer I need to set the access to the SQL. I am asked to write down the user and password and choose SQL server. I have no idea which user I should use, because when installing SQL I am only asked to provide a password. When asked for a SQL server I don´t know what to do because the dialog says "(local)".
Can you please help me with the user name for the installation and how (which name) should I access he server from the B1 installer? Thanks in advance for any help, Otto
