Em nosso esforço contínuo por aprimorar a geração das informações do eSocial, fizemos algumas modificações nos seguintes eventos que alteram dados de contratos:
- S-2206 - Alteração de Contrato de Trabalho
- S-2306 - Trabalhador Sem Vínculo de Emprego/Estatutário - Alteração Contratual
As modificações foram liberadas nas SAP Notes
2803074,
2802672 e
2787011. As estruturas HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2620_EEINFO e HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2240_EEREL agora usam a visão de banco de dados
Informações legais do empregado (VD_T7BR_EELINF_B) no campo LEGAL_INFO. Isso significa que o campo LEGAL_INFO agora mostra somente as seguintes informações:
- Categoria do trabalhador (CATEG)
- Natureza da atividade (ACTIV_NATURE)
- Código do cargo (JOB_CODE)
- Código da função (ACTIVITY_CODE)
Fique atento: como o
BAdI: eSocial - trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego (HRPAYBR_EFD_EEWNER) permite que você modifique a estrutura HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2240_EEREL,
recomendamos que você revise e adapte sua implementação do BAdI HRPAYBR_EFD_EEWNER depois de implementar a SAP Note, para garantir que não haja problemas na geração do evento S-2306.

In our continuous effort to improve the generation of the eSocial information, we have made some changes to the following events that change contract data:
- S-2206 - Change to employment agreement
- S-2306 - Employee with no employment relationship/ statutory worker - contract change
Changes have been released in SAP Notes
2803074,
2802672 and
2787011. Structures HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2620_EEINFO and HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2240_EEREL now use the VD_T7BR_EELINF_B database view in the LEGAL_INFO field. This means that the LEGAL_INFO field now shows only the following information:
- Worker category (CATEG)
- Activity nature (ACTIV_NATURE)
- Job code (JOB_CODE)
- Function code (ACTIVITY_CODE)
Stay tuned: the
BAdI: eSocial - employee with no employment relationship (HRPAYBR_EFD_EEWNER) allows you to change the structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_2240_EEREL,
so we recommend that you review and adapt your implementation of BAdI HRPAYBR_EFD_EEWNER after implementing the SAP Note, to ensure that there are no problems when generating event S-2306.
