Will there be an Automation Dashboard to monitor active campaigns and contacts on a daily basis?

Hi Emarsys Automation Center Experts,

We use many Automation Center programs and I would like to ask you a question about reporting.

What do you think, will there be an Automation Dashboard to monitor active campaigns and contacts who entered a program on a daily basis?

As we have over 35 different webshops/brands we have tons (read: hundreds) of currently running/active AC programs, recently I ran into an issue that one of our External Events failed and therefore the program wasn't triggered and no campaigns were sent out.

It would help greatly, instead of using Trends and filtering particular Automated campaign (by using email type or email categories) or going an checking each particular program's Summary page, to have an Automation Dashboard to monitor active campaigns and the number of contacts who entered a program on a daily basis, or some similar solution/feature that makes it easier to catch these type of issues in a timely manner.

This request is a great idea; thank you for bringing this up!

We are booked with projects that would increase the overall Automation experience throughout 2021, especially within the renewed AC editor and Interactions (as they share the canvas interface). We thought about increasing the frequency of recurring programs, rework scheduling, have bulk operations on the canvas (selecting, moving, deleting multiple nodes), and other improvements.

The team have added this idea to their problem backlog, and will make sure to revisit it with a proper discovery.
