Hi,
our Users sometimes get this warnings after saving a C4C Ticket. Does anybody know why this warning appears.

Hi Christian,
When a user removes the Service & Support team from header section, it doesn't mean that the party role has been deleted from the ticket. It still exists in the ticket with empty party ID. The reason for this is because, system respects the manual remove over system redetermination. This error is raised because, as the team party id is removed/empty, this blocks the processor determination.
