SAP Sales Cloud ECC Cockpit Query Definition Persistency

Dear SAP experts,

we are using the cfs_Application (SICF- service) for both Customer Factsheet and the ECC Cockpit that can be called as mashup from SAP Sales Cloud (C4C). Actually, it works good, but the designed queries per object (Quote type, Order type) are not being persisted. Is additional configuration necessary or is the persistency of those queries not supported? We created an incident but were rejected with support since it is not related to C/4 Sales Cloud, but ECC.

Hello gadirov,

Do you mean you want to query all Sales Orders and Quotes but not belonging to an Account? If yes, you need to replicate them to C4C in read-only mode which will anyways be linked to account.

Let me know if your query is something else.
