C4C Contacts in Iphone

Hello-

A sales member has the C4C add in for Outlook. He now sees all C4C Contacts (like 4000 of them!) in his phone. Does anyone know how to not allow the contacts from C4C to sync up in the phone?

Hi Denise,

Any contact you synchronize from C4C to Outlook will replicate to your phone (this is standard behavior of synchronizing email to your phone).

If you don't want to download 4000 contacts into Outlook in the first place - ask the user not to click 'Download Contacts' in the C4C add-in.

How iphone is supposed to be connected to C4C ..??

I mean, "Extended App" must be installed in phone in order to connect phone to C4C ..?? Let me know if not required,

Clicking on "Download Contacts" button in C4C addin from laptop's Outllok will replicate C4C contacts in phone's App "Contacts" ..??
