Problem with the language of the attribute description in the segmentation models

Hi experts

How can I adjust or fix the display of the content of some attributes in the segmentation model.

For example, I have the Function attribute, which is standard. When the user logs in to MKT in English, he sees the description of the content catalog of that attribute.

But when you log into MKT in Spanish they are not displayed.

How can I fix it?

Hi Elio,

did you maintain the Function Descriptions in the "Manage Your Solution" app correctly?

So, if you login in Spanish language and navigate to that app, Configure Your Solution and go to "Marketing" > "Contacts and Profiles" > "Functions for Contacts", are you able to see the descriptions there?

When I check "Manage Your Solution" app in Spanish the description is not displayed either 😞

But I checked calmly and saw that I can add the descriptions manually if I enter in another language.

Hi eliocentenob,

yes that's the correct behavior. You always have to maintain the descriptions in every language you need (I know it's not very user-friendly ;-)).
