Personalization in Web Channel campaigns

Hi Emarsys experts,

I really like the personalization features of the platform and I was able to use it by my email campaigns. However, I would like to personalize my web channel campaigns as well and utilize my personalization tokens. Could you advise how to do that?

Hi,

Personalization is currently available for some Web Channel campaigns, but not all. As of Q2, 2021, you can use the Personalization service for campaigns that either have a segment as their source, or are used in an Autionation Center program.
