Multilevel Categorization Schema For Service Request

Hi All,

Please let me know if anyone has an clue for this issue.

1. before posting I want to mention that i went through some similar thread, but document link provided there are not active anymore. Hence have to write this new post.

2. Issue : It is about Multilevel Categorization

A. I have created completely new transaction type Service Request for my testing. I did copy as from existing SR.

B. Did all relevant settings, till assignment of Catalog to Transaction type.

C. When i open newly created SR in web ui, the field Category is all disabled. Please find the below screenshot.

Kindly let me know if any further clarity on issue is required.

Hi Rebati,

Just a few thoughts to see if it can help you further:

- Did you also built the categorization schemas and assign them to your transaction type in 'application areas' section?

- Are the categoriation schemas with 'active' status?
