Hello Everyone,
I have created an individual customer from C4C that replicated to MKT on-premise. Then I added the FB account URL with FB ID to this contact, so I was exacted when I post a comment in FB the customer will be merged automatically with the C4C customer. However, the system is created a new contact. Thus, how to allow the system to merge the two contact automatically.
Thanks in advance
Hello Yehia,
I had a similar problem and solved it by application job Contacts: Match and Merge Contacts with EIM.
Did you try it?

Hi Michel
How can you add customer-specific attributes to the gold record? and how can facets be created from these specific attributes?
Best regards
Elio C

Are you aware of the golden record concept with facets of the golden record?
You will always have two separate „contact“ records (facets) that will be linked by defined attributes to build the golden record. You might have to adjust your customizing to include Facebook accounts as an identifier as well.

Hello Yehia,
The following documentation also offer good insight into how the match and merge process works https://help.sap.com/viewer/DRAFT/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2005.500/en-US/f58f380a63ed46d29f...
and how the best record is built: https://help.sap.com/viewer/DRAFT/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2005.500/en-US/1f4ef50e6aa4447099...
Kind regards,
Joan
maryam214, joan.garloff, the above links dont work for me, probably because they are DRAFT versions and can be accessed by SAP internally, but these links work based on 1909:
