Making a field read-only on the SAP C4C mobile app

Hi All,

How do I make a field read-only on the SAP C4C extended app?

This adaptation setting has been applied on the browser version of SAP C4C but does not take effect on the mobile app.

Any advise?

Hello kctshekedi,

The only way for this is to make it in adaptation, which you have already done. So I would suggest that you open an incident with SAP C4C support and report this issue.
