How to install customer management addon on SAP S/4 HANA?

Hello Community,

What are the steps required to install Customer Management addon 2.0 with SAP S/4 HANA 1909 ? The below attached link wasn't helpful for me.

@ tammy.powlas3 is correct , since 1909 customer management is part of s/4hana under component IS-UT 804as per note 3006812

It seems that you are having issues accessing help.sap links but, no harm, the one you posted is for release 1809 and not yours 1909

Hi - it should come automatically installed - then you need to activate it (page 6 if you are an ISU customer here: https://help.sap.com/doc/b4a49252869946809850099c461d7518/1.0/en-US/S4HANA_Utilities_for%20CE_Cookbo... - logon may be required) and then you can configure it in 1909

The document asks you to run Transaction CRM_ISU_FEATURE to activate

There are license implications; please check with whomever is managing your SAP licenses.

I logged with my S-user account but unable to access the documentation.

That is strange

I would try running transaction CRM_ISU_FEATURE to activate; not sure about the licenses though
