I believe you mean a specific grid layout, associated with your new page. Grid layouts (like Master page or layout template) are created within InDesign - definition is then imported into hybris Print Module. You need to have Indesign with Comet plugin running. Go to the menu Window -> Comet Admin -> Grid Wizard:
One your grid is defined and saved, you can push its definition to hybris via the menu Plug-Ins -> Grids -> Store Grid.
