Extracting Notes from SAP Forms (Content Studio)

Dear Experts,

Some of our lead forms, which we have created using the SAP Forms and Landing Pages in the Content Studio, require that end users complete a notes field. As we need to provide the notes to our sales team we need to find some way of extracting the text. Does anyone know of a way of doing this? There doesn't appear to be a data source nor a segmentation attribute that can be utilised from what I could gather.

Hi, where can you see the aggregated results of the notes? In the contact's tab you can see the interaction with the Quote and the text entered in the note. But, is there any way to see all the Notes added?

Hi Bradley,

You are right: the attribute that corresponds to the note field is missing in standard segmentation content. The only way to make it visible in segmentation is right now through a custom view. However, we are working on filling the gaps in our content and add missing useful attributes. You might create an influence request in order to give it priority.

It should work ideally. I beleive you've created a CF for this purpose and assigned it to a business context?
