Description of the field was not displaying in the PDF form

1. 1. If you see the below image, there in Scale detail table Country Field Column is getting both the value and Description.

2. But when I click on the Generate PDF on the right side upper image you can see that option, when iam clicking on that in PDF only Code was displaying you can see in below image for your reference.

2. For displaying the descrption i have created the one ALD form in my business and written the code in Event after Loading.absl. But when i wrote the code the description was coming only for first column. Attached the images of code for you reference in below.

3. In above code why have written Get first because the country was in the scale node, so i mention scale after that when iam typing Country it is throwing an error. so i mentioned " Get First ".

Can you anybody please provide an solution for this please ? it is some what urgency.

Hello Mahendra,
I think your problem is the form template that is used for this PDF. I cannot give you a solution, only a possible solution path:

Check Form template maintenance

Once you are familiar with the adobe lifecycle designer check the field in the form template and its binding properties.

I am not sure if you can display both code and value in the same field.
