Customer checkout monitor service not stable

Dear Experts,

One of our customer who's using sap customer checkout 2.0 FP14 PL02 and Sap Business One 10 HANA version has experienced that Customer checkout monitor is works fine only when having enough stocks in the backend B1 (Releasing smoothly) . But if stock not there as usually records remain in inconsistence status . So when stock updated in SAP and again try to manual release those inconsistent entries system release behavior stuck and new status remains . After restart the Integrations service only then new about to moving to the release state . There fore it's bit difficult always restart the integration service when manual release happening . 

So we are really grateful if some one can advice what should we do to over come such a situation .
