New C4C user here, thanks to all in advance for your help.
When a user creates an appointment in C4C and sets another user as an attendee, both of them can see the appointment in the C4C calendar. The problem appears when the attendee syncronizes his calendar with Outlook (using the AddIn): the appointment in which he is an attendee is not appearing in Outlook.
I fear that the reason behind that is that the system waits for the organizer of the appointment to sync to Outlook and then send the attendee an invitation from Outlook, but that means that until the organizar syncs both systems, the attendee has a mismatch in his calendars.
Any way around this?
