B2B Segmentation - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi all,

I would like to create a segmentation profile for B2B customer engagement. I would like to Include Companies and Contact Persons related to the companies.

I am using data provider SAP_CE_INTERACTION_CONTACT and I am using some filters to remove the Consumers.

However, suspects are still on the Segmentation Base. Is there a way to have a Segmentation profile only with Accounts and Contact persons?

Hello Ana,

I understand your use-case that you want to filter out the Prospects viz. Validation Status = Anonymous.

I think this is not possible in HMC, as the field is set IC type as Unknown.
