The Account Factsheet (AFS) is available by default in some Business roles like Sales professional and Service professional. Try accessing the CRM WebClient UI using either of these Business roles and you would find the "More" button to access AFS.
If you are able to access AFS using standard Business roles and you want to find out why your Z-Role is missing the "More" button. Check the Navigational bar profile assigned to your role:
IMG > CRM >
Here select "Define Generic OP Mapping" fro dialog structure, select your navbar profile and search for Object type: FACTSHEET. If its missing add an entry:
Object type: FACTSHEET
Object action: Display
Target ID: BSP-DLC-FS
I hope this resolves your issues
