Report about T-Codes which are assigned to Roles

Hi,

just a short question:

I have to make an analysis about all Transactions which are assigned to our Z-Roles.

I tried it wiht SUIM, but there it is not possible to make a analysis over all Z roles at once.. only one per one.. and I have many z-roles.

So, do any one of you know how to make a Analysis from all Z-Roles and the assigned t-codes?

Hi,

Try using SE16 to do this

Go to SE16 Enter AGR_Tcodes

And in the subsequent page enter the details of the roles that u want the tcodes attached.

Note: Tcodes entered only through role menu will be available in this report.

If you have manual entries for S_TCODE

then u can use AGR_1251 table

Here enter the Role names

and then enter the Auth Object as S_TCODE

and for the Delete Selection Enter X in Exclude table.

This would also give u this report

Hi Markus,

There is no standard report that gives the transactions of a role. Kindly get in touch with your abap team and get a report created for displaying the transcations for a given role.
