GATWAY service

Hi Experts,

I have some confusion about Gateway.

I have installed netweaver its total component as in System ->Status are given below.

But when i see in sap MMC there i cannot find the service of Gateway that is gwrd.exe is missing as shown in below

screen-shot.

But still i am able to use the t-code SMGW and i can monitor Gateway is running.

Also Looping the Experts.

Don't mix up RFC Gateway with SAP Gateway. SAP Gateway is no extra Service in MMC. It's reachable via the ICM so in SICF you find HTTP Endpoints.

Finally i came to know the difference between the Two, and i am looking for the RFC gateway.

I moved it to "ABAP connectivity"
