Create table entry

Hi Guys,

I have created z table .While i am trying to make a new entry,the following path is disabled.

utilities -> table contents -> create entries.

Then how do i create new entries?

Please let me know where the problem is...Its urgent.

Surely points will be given.

Hello,

In SE11 on tab Delivery and Maintanance you need to choose the option Display/Maintanance Allowed for field Data Browser/Table View Maint. .

Hi,

ALso you would have to create a table maintainence generator for the table so that you can create entries for the same under utilities you will have the option to create table maintainance generator .

YOu can search this forum to get futher info on creation of Table maintainance generator.

Create a TMG for for the table from:

SE11->give table name and display ->Utilities->Table Maintainence Generator

1)Give the Authorization Group as &NC&

2)Copy the table name into the Function Group name

3)Maintenance type as "One Screen" and screen No. 9000 or 0100

4)Recording routine as Standard Recording Routine

and press "Create" button...

Then go to Tcode SM30 :

1) Give the Table name

2)Press "Maintain".
