copying and pasting from SU01 roles list

My team have access to SU01 - and use it regularly to review user roles and copy and paste from the roles list in SU01 to our ticketing system - some of the team can copy and paste out to the ITSM product/excel etc however some of them can't. Is there a user setting which we need to enable?

Hello,

for copying data into the clipboard the authorization for S_GUI / Actvt 61, resp. 02 (see note 1749346) is necessary. Maybe some of them have it and others don't.

answering my own question: They only have one role and that one role didn't have the necessary S_GUI auths to copy to clipboard. Now sorted by a lovely BASIS colleague.
