Badi/ Userexit to add line item in VL01N before publish

Hello experts,

I require to add special material line items to an Outbound delivery (using VL01N) before it is published onto the screen.

To be specific, the addition should happen in between VL01N execution and screen display.

Please suggest a Badi/ userexit for this purpose.

PS: It is not before save of delivery. It is even before the line items are displayed in creation.

Any help would be appreciated.
