hi,
YOu can either download the Note from T-Code SNOTE or else from the site service.sap.com and apply the changes to be made for their respective programs as specified in the note...
for accessing the site service.sap.com you need to have a user name and password for that ... for which try asking either your project Manager/ Project Leader...

1) Logon to http://service.sap.com/notes with your OSS user id and password.
2) give the note number and check the Release and verify that that the note is relevant for your release.
3) If so you can download it in SNOTE tcode(Ctrl +F8).
4) Further you can implement the note(Clrl +F1)
Or in SNOTE itself you can download the note, check the status.

Hi
You can do it this way.
Open transaction Snote.
Select Menu bar "Go To ===> Download SAP note". It will ask for note number now. Give the SAP note you want to download and attach it with a Change request and save. The notte you can see in SNOTE transaction as under NEW category. Now select the note and choose from Menu bar "SAP Note===> Implement SAP Note" and the note will be applied and come under category "In Processing". Now you can move the CTS to production. And finally change the status of note to completed. hope this cud be of some help.
Regards,
Amit.
Please award any help.
