Problem with Surveys (Planner - Risk Management)

Hi gurus,

Is it necessary to implement the ADS (Adobe Document Services) to carry out survey funcionality in Risk Managament 10.1?.

When i configure a "Risk Indicator Survey" (for example), the system returns the error: "Sender is missing; maintain sender in Exit Rules for Inbound Processing". The agents are well configured because the rest of the Activities (non surveys) work fine. Do you think it has something to do with the ADS?.

Hi Alessandro,

Apart from the object ICL_GRRM_SURVEY_INBOUND (which i have configured with "*"), should i configured any other object?
