GRC Access Control 5.3 issues

Hi Expert,

We are configuring GRC AC 5.3 SP13 and we've the following issues:

1) When we run Risk Analysis in CUP for a request shows this error:

Risk analysis failed: Exception in getting the results from the web service : 001C23BBFC7B0077000002E3000021A000048FEE89B374F5 : Found 0 operation definitions using keys: Key name:'first-body-element-ns' key value:'urn:SAPGRC_CCRiskAnalysis_V01Vi'; Key name:'SoapRequestWrapper' key value:'execRiskAnalysis';

2) When we run Risk Analysis in ERM show timeout error.

3)When we run ACCV (Access Control Configuration Validator) for CUPConnectorNameMatchCheck show:

Same connector found in ERM.

No connector configured in RAR.

Same connector found in SPM.

4) SPM module do not get trace for user logged like FF.

5)Whenever I try to approve a a New Account Request in CUP that has a company associated, the following error is shown:

Error provisioning your request. Request no: xxxxx. Error occurred in the system(s) : n/a, error details :

SYSID-NEWUSER-USER CREATE-Company address cannot be selected

SYSID-401: User NEWUSER does not exist in SAP System

However, if the Company Field is left blank when the request is created, it can be successfully approved.

We are sure that the connector is the same in 4 modules (test connection run fine).

Is there anybody that can please help us?

Hey Guys!!!,

Please go through the note 1481743, it will resolve your problem for sure. All you have to do is create the company in CUP same as what you have in R/3.

Hi guys,

I have a response form SAP Supporto for this issues.

Issue 1 and 2--> The fix for this issue is included in RAR 5.3 SP13 Patch1 version,

which is now available for download at Service Market Place. NOT TEST YET.

Issue 4--> Please have your BASIS to check whether the STAT collector

jobs are running properly.

STAD records are the base for the firefightrer to function. Please

refer the notes 1039144 and 1116229. OK

Issue 5--> This issue is because the company information you maintained in

CUP should be same as in R/3. So Please go to transaction SUCOMP and

provide the same company ID that is in CUP. As a mentioned by tavi.. tanks tav. OKi
