Short Dump RSSM_RSREQDONE_READ

Dear All,

I am getting following error while double clicking the infopackage for datasource 2LIS_13_VDITM.

   "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" " "

"SAPLRSSM_LOAD" or "LRSSM_LOADU07"

"RSSM_RSREQDONE_READ"

We tried to delete  all request from PSA with the help of process chain,which is specially built for deletion of request.all the requests are deleted but few are not deleted, so we deleted it using program RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY .

After that this error is coming,please suggest the solution,

The version of BI is Release 701 and level is 003.

Hi Abhijit,

Short Dump may be causes by several Reasons..,

Is that data source sync with E S. as those changes replicated are available in BW side ?

if not do the same, try to create new info package and execute.

Hi Sree,

The datasource is  replicated and it is sync with BI system.I can create the Info package but can not open it.

Hi,

This issue can be happen if Data source is not working properly.
Check it in RSA3.
Refer to SAP notes 962365 or 939970.
