case sensitive search help in web dynpro

Hi,

When I try search for some name like san*, it does not return any value but San* will fetch me the data..

I am using standard dictionary search help in my application.

Please let me know how to make standard search help to be case in-sensitive.

Hi Aravind, Thanks for your reply.

Just to add to the above requirement, I'm using an Interactive adobe form, atleast I have 35-40 value helps on form attached to dictionary search helps.

I cannot create 40 custom search helps!!!

Using OVS will help me but I'm looking at standard tools coz writing custom OVS code for 40 value helps will have an impact on my applicaiton performance.(Lengthy code toooo!!)

PS: The same search help from ABAP screen works with any case(i.e., search is case in-sensitive) but if I use the same in web dynpro it is case sensitive.

Please help if any other option to go with.
