Dynamic header texts in fieldcatalog

Hello Abapers,

I have a query regarding dynamic header texts.I am using factory method to generate my output.

I am having a dynamic internal table where the activity type is generated as the header texts.

It is working as expected, but there is a situation where we have German symbol Ä and when I pass this to the fieldcatalog scrtext it says unicode issue with the symbol.

I am in Ecc 6 version.

Will be great if someone can help me out to handle the situation.

hello,

Can you make sure that the  activity type which is generated as the header texts is retreived in logon langauge. In this way you do not face the translation issue.

Thanks Swanand for the quick response. But I had already tried in DE language, the same issue .If you have any other ideas please suggest.
