Hi All
I have encountered a strange issue. I calculate KP26 price via SAP system after following below steps:
KP06 - cost center/cost element planning
KP26 - Manually input the Quantities
KSUB - Plan assessment cycle run
KSS4 - Plan cost splitting
KSPI - Plan Price Calculation
After all the above steps, Activity prices gets upadted in KP26.
Now the issue is, I expect, for all periods, the price should be same BUT it is coming out different. For one of the activity it comes out be correct and for others it is wrong.
What can be the reasons for this....?

Check your Plan version settings in OKEQ.. If you used Periodic price there, price will be different each period
If you use Avg Price - it will be same each month

Hello Experts,
I have the same issue, but the problem is in Price Unit: in some months it is 00001, in others its 00100. I tried to change it manually in KP26, but as soon as i run KSPI and post the results, Price Unit goes back to that strange distribution.
Any ideas how I can set Price Unit equally/homogeneous in all months?
Thank you.

Hi Neeraj
Where exactly you are facing problem? KSPI will be based on total cost in KP06 by Activity unit in KP26. Pls check activity unit in KP26.

Hi,
Its planned quantity. In case of splitting structure, pls check the assigned cost elements against that particular activity type. Also, check the total cost of those cost elements in KP06 and activity qty in KP26.
After that run the KSPI once and check the result in KP26. Pls check all the values in which period you are getting differently.

In KSPI please check cost component split cost center/activity type combination, it will show the total cost which is considering for activity price calculation.
And also in kp06 check the cost element wise cosy.
If you are using splitting structure check all the cost elements were maintained in splitting structure or not.

Ravi.
