BI 4.0 SP2 Installation Error: crheapalloc3.dll and crheapalloc.dll was not found.

Hi

I am trying to install SAP BI Platform 4.0 SP2 in Windows Server 2003 environment. I successfully installed SQL Server 2008 and created database and its subsequent ODBC connection for each of the Audit and CMS database.

I then start the Full installation of SAP BI 4.0 SP 2 Server with using existing database and point to the ODBC connection that I had created earlier.

The setup starts fine but at the end of the installation it throws the following message as per screenshot attached.

"CMS.exe - Unable to Locate a Component"

"This application has failed to start because crheapalloc3.dll was not found. Re-intalling the application may fix this problem."

When I click OK same error appears with crheapalloc.dll.

The setup continues and finishes but when I click on Finish Setup button i get following messages.

After this the CMS is not running and the files in the installation directory are lot more less then usual. I end up with incomplete installation which is of no use. Please help if someone is familiar with this error.
