Need help in Maintenance Order settlement.
I have created mainteance order in PM, mentioned the equipment number in to and which has cost center in to it. Also there is one responsible cost center in to maintenance order. I have two questions.
1. When I try to settle the cost booked in to this mainteance order I getting error message as "Settlemtn rule not maintained for the order" but as I understand while settling the order, system will take the cost center from the equipment master which is attached to the order. Is there any configuration setting needs to be done. Or am I missing any step before settlement. ( we want to run this settlement each month)
2. What is the responsible cost center in Maintenace order, is it mandetory field, will cost be booked to this cost center?
I have gone through few threads from SDN, but not able to trace the exact error.
