CONVERSION_EXIT_CUNIT_INPUT error in flat file load

Hi,

I am getting an error when I am trying to load data form a flat file into BW. The error I get is:

"An error occurred in record 1 during execution ofconversion exit CONVERSION_EXIT_CUNIT_INPUT for field UNIT."

I looked at unit and it has a value of 'EA' which we use in our warehouse all of the time. I also checked the unit values in BW in source systems and reloaded from R/3 and I still get the error.

Has anyone had this problem?

Hello Aaron,

its in the transferstructure..... In Transferrules->datasource

some field has CUNIT and it is causing problem

think you have some Qty field

with some measurement unit and this uses the CUNIT

and there might be some problem with that
