If I am having an issue in SAP StreamWork as a SAP employee, what component do I use to log an incident via the portal inbox? The StreamWork help page states I should go through SAP Service Marketplace, which I can only do if I'm reporting an incident on behalf of a customer. The component mentioned, BI-OD-STW, returns a message in the portal inbox that it is invalid or blocked from creating new tickets.

The forum/discussion is the best place to report incidents. It is monitored by Support Consultants and also active members of the community.
There is also extensive help materials available, listed on the Help page.
SMP is also an availble channel but this is for Enterprise Edition customers. They will have a Customer number which they use to enable them to report incidents via SMP.
