Alert data is exceeding alert box size.

Hi Experts,

I have created one alert from CAD data. I have create this at IC Manager --> alert . I am able to fetch the data properly but the problem is that my alert content is more than width of the alert box, so it is not showing the data inside given area. I tried to enter new line while creating alert but when i click on save button all the data of alert come in one line.

How can i show all the data in the given area ? Is there any way to insert lines for alert data. I checked some of the standard alerts, there alert content is not greater than one line so i am not able to get idea from any place.

Hello, Ravi.

Just an idea: you can increase alert area. For this try to play around with configuration for view set ICCMP_HEADER/HeaderViewSet. You can adjust the height of the header area in layout profile.

Also you can try to give the info in two alerts instead of one (two alerts with different info but on the same event) if it's possible to cut the info into two pieces.

Thanks for help, I tried by changing configuration for view set ICCMP_HEADER/HeaderViewSet, by this i am able to show alert data properly.
