Hi experts,
We sometimes have to add a new component in an old released maintenance order.
But, requirement date is set by SAP to the basic start date of the maintenance order, potentially in a far past.
Then, the reservation can hardly be found in MB26 transaction because of a too old date.
What should we do so that SAP sets requirement date to today (instead of basic start date)
Thanks for your help !
Philippe
Hi Philippe,
I am aware of a option available in production order " Lead-time offset for operation" here when you insert a component directly in production order and its requirement date differ then production order start date , you can input value in this field and it move ahead the requirement date as well as reservation date.
please check this option , hope it will help you.
Thanks
Ritesh

Hi Ritesh,
Thanks for your answer.
You're right, I've found such a field in CO02 transaction.
But unluckily, I did not find such a field in IW32 transaction (transaction for maintenance order).
Moreover, I'd like requirement date to be set automatically to today, not after having entried an offset manually.
Philippe
sorry Philippe Genee , i dont have experiance in PM.
I suggest you should move your thread to enterprise asset management , hope there you will get more favourable replies.
