Quality inspection settings in routing and work centre

Dear all,

My client requirements as follows they need quality inspection after some process have done that is Raw material to Semi - finished

semi finished materials will have to be quality checked.semi finished to finished done there will should a quality check.

can we set in work centre control key as PI02 Process manufacturing with inspection.

IS there any changes in routing like maintaining Inspection characteristic and what to maintain in inspection characteristic.

please help me on this.

Generally there is QM01 control key that is used when you have routing in place for material.

MIC's used in this are depends upon what exactly you will to Inspect.

But there is slight confusion here.you are saying routing then control key for production should be PP01  & not PI01 or else it should be master receipe.

For inprocess inspection you can use routing/receipe & for final inspection you can use task list of type Q.
