Unable to create New Userdefined Dimension

I am unable to create User defined Dimension,When I am trying to create new Dimension I am facing the following issue.

OSOFT ADMIN HAS STOPPED WORKING

A problem caused the program to stopped working correctly. Please close the program.

Please help me on this issue
