Unable to create New Userdefined Dimension

Hi Guru’s,

Thanks for watching this thread.

I am unable to create User defined Dimension,When I am trying to create new Dimension I am facing the following issue.

OSOFT ADMIN HAS STOPPED WORKING

A problem caused the program to stopped working correctly. Please close the program.

Please help me on this issue

Hello,

check SLG1 for UJ* and/or ST22 for dumps to actually see if the problem is caused by application server.

By the way, can you create any other type of dimension or process other dimensions?

Check support package level of BPC server and client.

I'm not really sure this solve your problem, but try patching because 12 SP is exist already as I see.
