Cost Component Structure Determination

Hi Everyone I activate actual cost component split in system, and I created a new CCS like below

it is specific for one company code, and in this company ZXXX, there is only one Plant ZXXX attached to

and the ZXXX CCS is activated already

But when I extend a new material accounting view and save it, system is looking for CCS Y1 not Z3 CCS

could anyone give me some clue or guidance, why it is not directing to Z3 CCS? and configuration missing?

After investigating relative material, I figure out and solve the issue. 

when I initialize the material ledger for created value area, there is Y1 CCS structure and it applied to all plants and all company code. So when Activating and start-up material ledger, it take Y1 as CCS for the new value area.

If I want to change to Z3 CCS, I need to executing program FCML4H_CCS_Change after Z3 CCS setup with T-Code- OKTZ. 

Follow SAP note 3012656 instruction to change Cost Component Structure step by step.

You should plan your CCS changing plan at end of a month/period

1. configure new CCS with T-code:OKTZ

2.Change to N+1 period with T-code: MMPV

3.Period-end closing procedure as normal, including actual costing(T-code: CKMLP)

4. Excute FCML4H_CCS_Change program or FCML4H_MLCCS_Change, depending on your version

5. Once FCML4H_CCS_Change has been executed, posting to period N is not allowed. If you have to do this, your should first using program FCML4H_CCS_Rest to remove initialization. and then you can do the posting on period N. After you finished posting in Period N, you need to execute FCM4H_CCS_Change program again!
