No Hierarchy in BW but want in BPC

Hi Friends,

I need to build a hierarchy in SAP BPC with master data of 0COORDER in BW. I already loaded the WBS master data and the hierarchy, but now based on the IO and its WBS its should be rolled up.

Any idea how we can build the hierarchy while loading the 0COORDER master data dynamically.

Hello,

I'm not sure if I understood how you want to build Hierarchy of one Dimension based on data from another Dimension, but usually END_BADI ROUTINE helps in similar cases. Just map PARENTH1 to something in your transformation file and re-populate it in that BADI.

Thanks for the reply..

So we need to load the 0COORDER with the dummy hierarchy and update the PARENTH1 in END_BADI ROUTINE.

WBS is an attribute of 0COORDER. the relationship is each 0COORDER's  WBS attribute is its PARENTH1 in BPC.

Can you please pass me sample code or logic for this....

Hi,

Is there any relationship between IO, WBS, and COORDER. Are these from different dimensions? You need to establish a relationship, and, as Gersh mentioned, you can use BADI to populate the hierarchy.
