Asset Retirement

Hi All,

We have around 900 assets and like to retire end of month.Is there any mass functionality to retire without revenue all 900 asset at a time ?

Hi,

Have you tried the option of creating a worklist? You can retire assets with or without revenue via a worklist via e.g. AR01 (RABEST_ALV01). Click on the button 'WL' and you will find that you can click

on different task selection, of which one task is 'Retirement withhout revenue'.

You can use a worklist for mass retirements.

Prepare an excel sheet with all details and copy it to notepad and execute

Hi,

I found the transaction to mass retire assets.

1.Get asset list and upload in S_ALR_87011963 report and create work list with Asset Retirement without revenue with asset value date of 03/31/2012.

2.Go to AR31 and enter work list number and excute.then in report screen click on "Release".

3.Click on Refresh button. you will see complete status next to each asset number.
