Store Business Document option in GOS is disabled in transaction ME51N/ME52N

Hi All,

The store business document option to attach a document is greyed out in transaction me51n / me52n . Is there anyway to enable it and if any abap work involved in this. And lastly if the changes done will there be any implications.Thanks in Advance.
