Report for Team Access on Content Library Page

Greetings Experts,

Does anyone know of a report to shows which users/teams have access to each of the Web Content pages in the portal?

Otherwise are you aware of where that data is stored (ie; which tabble in the database or what directory on the data file service)? I have been looking and cannot locate this information.
