Error CKM3N = Cost Elements

Former Member

Hi,

When I run transaction with Vision CKM3N = Cost Elements and open the subfolders do not appear to me the number of documents.

The only subfolder that opens the document is the number of entries -> Production.

Has anyone been in a situation like this?

Regards,

Cristiane.

Hi Cristiane,

that is the normal beaviour. Cost component information is nott stored together with most of the ML documents, because most of the documents have no impact on the actual CCS.

In the cost component view the documents with missing CCS info are not shown, but of course you see them again if you switch to the price determination view.

Udo,

But my client needs to see this information in mass (material group), instead of each material individually.

Can you tell me how can I direct it? SAP allows you to see the elements of a range of materials cost? Or is there something similar to T-CODE CKM3N that shows me the materials in bulk?

hugs,

Cristiane.

Hi Cristiane,

The only possibility to report on bulk cost component information is up to now to use BW.

In BI content extractor

Actual Costing/Material Ledger - Cost Component Split

Technical name: 0CO_PC_ACT_10

provides that info and reports can be built based on that.

As a current development, together with the new HANA technology, we have also aggregate reporting including the cost component split information directly in the ERP system. It is contained in the newest support packages of ERP 6.0 and can be be implemented via an RDS: [http://service.sap.com/rds-hana-fin]

Best regards, Udo

I'm running over a similar problem. In CKM3n I can see historical data (previous periods) for all views including cost component structure, but if I release a new cost estimate and go back to CKM3n I get 0's in all cost elements. Is this normal? Has anyboidy run over a similar problem?

Hi Mario Roberto,

I dont't think that this issue is related to the one discussed here, and is also not 'normal'. Maybe you can open a new thread about it, or even send a message to SAP requesting help.
