Searching for lowercase variable values in web report

Hi,

When searching for a variable value from the variable entry screen on a web report, any text entered is always converted to uppercase. An example is I type in France for country but it searches for FRANCE. I believe the searches are case sensitive so how can I search for lowercase letters when they are automatically converted to uppercase?
