Hi all,
what are all the standard wage types used in benefits module ...after assigning particular wage types to Benefits Plans ... how we will integrate this benefits module with payroll .....
Am at learning stage of benefits module... is there any schema that we will update at the time of configuration...

Thank u very much ...good document for understanding the entire process ... could u please help me in integration part of Benefits ...in which table we will integrate this module with payroll and what are all the standard wage types we use for plans .... is this module configured with in standards ...if not what changes we can expect generally at the time of configuration .....

Hi,
You may say the integration is almost automatic. In table V_5UBA_WT you can assign the wage types to each plan (you can create your own wage types). The integration occurs because in payroll schema you have functions like P0167 and P0168. These functions reads the current information of the benefits infotype, like IT0167, IT0168. With this function and having assign the wage type to each plan you have your integration.
Talking about the standards it will always depend on the company. The standard cover many thing but it may not cover everything in your organization.
